Currently under construction, The Marketplace at 17 Springs is designed to serve as a vibrant dining, entertainment, and lodging destination in Millbrook, Alabama. It is located on Alabama Highway 14 one-mile east of Interstate 65 at Exit 181, and directly south of the 17 Springs sports complex. Blending modern design with a community-centered atmosphere, The Marketplace will offer a variety of restaurants, hotels, and other services that cater to both locals and visitors. Its convenient location in the heart of the 17 Springs Sports Complex makes it a popular stop for families, athletes, and tourists alike. The Marketplace consists of 12 pad-ready commercial lots ranging in size from 2.3 acres to just under an acre. Eight of the lots are already committed leaving four lots available for purchase.
